Being an intern should be more than learning how your bosses like their coffee and mastering the inner workings of the photocopy machine.
It should be about getting real-world experience. Doing meaningful work that you learn from and that benefits the company. And yes — having fun.
As an intern at Kronos, you will actually get paid to do interesting, real work that contributes to the organization. And as part of the program you’ll:
- Be paired with a mentor who provides guidance and support
- Enjoy social events and programs such as a Lowell Spinners Game and Habitat for Humanity
- Participate in professional social networking events and meetings with Kronos executives and other company leaders
- Do small-group projects, give your own formal presentation to your peers and leaders, and participate in lunch and learn events
Yeah, we might send you out on a coffee run once in a while. But only because we take turns — and it’s your day to pick up everyone’s afternoon java.
